1. Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting. There were no apologies.
2. European Update
2.2 Gregg Jones gave an update to Members on the latest European issues and answered Members’ questions.
Action Points
Gregg Jones agreed to provide further information on the following:
· the 5% reduction in the funding allocation for Wales
· the ability to access different funding streams at the same time
· the EU Framework for Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans
· the EU ports policy and its effect on Wales
3. Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public for the remainder of the meeting
3.1 The motion was agreed.
4. Horizon 2020 - Consideration of Stage 2 draft report
4.1 The Committee agreed the report, subject to minor amendments.
